Terms and Conditions cuci33 – Platform Usage Rules

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the cuci33 platform — whether via the website, Android mobile app, or iOS app — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions contained in this document.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and cuci33 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using our platform immediately.

General terms applicable to all cuci33 promotions:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci33 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, cuci33 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with rule-violating activity while an investigation is conducted.

Cuci33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the cuci33 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond cuci33's control.
• Valid betting or game results.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Without limiting the foregoing, cuci33's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
